Servers are provided on an un-managed basis* hence our support policy is very straightforward:
- If you break it, you have to fix it.
- If we break it, we have to fix it.
So if you need us to fix something you've broken, then there will be a charge. But if it's a hardware issue, we'll fix it free of charge.

Reboots are carried out within 30 minutes, free of charge, OR you can opt for an upgrade to instant reboot for a monthly fee (£10).
KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) is available for short term hire or permanently connect for a monthly fee (£10).
System restores back to original configuration are charged at £75.00
